These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and wen4d ("wen4d", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and gaming platform accessible athttps://wen4d.asia (the "Platform").

To register and maintain an active Account on wen4d, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. wen4d does not permit persons under 21 to register or place wagers under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order, whether voluntarily initiated throughwen4d or imposed by any applicable regulatory authority.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of wen4d or any affiliated entity.
• You have not previously had a wen4d Account suspended or terminated for a violation of these Terms.
• You are not registering for or using the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of your participation.
• You are of sound mind and are not acting under any form of compulsion or duress.

Each eligible individual may hold onlyone (1) registered Account on the wen4d Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian identification number (MyKad or passport), valid mobile number, and a current email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout the lifetime of your Account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. wen4d will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to protect your credentials. You must notify wen4d support immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorised use of your Account.

wen4d reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, and to suspend or close any Account at its sole discretion where it determines that these Terms have been breached, or where the integrity of the Platform may be at risk.

wen4d accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following supported payment methods: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, 7-Eleven Cliq, and USDT TRC20 (cryptocurrency). Supported methods and applicable limits are subject to change without prior notice.

All deposits must originate from a payment account that is registered in your own name. wen4d strictly prohibits deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be returned, and the associated Account may be subject to review or suspension.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Refer to the Deposit section of your Account for current limits.
• wen4d does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, for which wen4d bears no responsibility.
• Funds deposited via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically credited instantly. Bank transfers via FPX or DuitNow are generally processed within 5to 10 minutes, subject to the banking institution's processing times.
• Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) are subject to blockchain confirmation times and are typically reflected within 15 to 30 minutes of network confirmation.
• All deposits must be made in good faith for the purpose of placing genuine wagers. Deposits made solely to exploit payment systems, bonuses, or promotional structures constitute prohibited conduct under Section 9.

Withdrawals from your wen4d Account are subject to the following conditions being met in full before a request will be processed:

1. Your Account must have completed the KYC identity verification process. Unverified Accounts are not eligible to withdraw funds.
2. Any applicable wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds must have been satisfied in full prior to withdrawal.
3. The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available Real Money Balance at the time of the request.
4. Your Account must be in good standing, with no active fraud investigations, pending disputes, or compliance holds.
5. The nominated withdrawal method must match a payment account registered in your own name.

Processing times vary by method: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes; bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong via DuitNow/FPX) within 30 minutes to 2 hours; USDT TRC20 within 15 to 45 minutes subject to blockchain confirmations. wen4d does not guarantee processing within these timeframes during periods of high demand, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required.

wen4d offers various promotional bonuses to eligible members, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, birthday bonuses, cashback promotions, and referral rewards. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are separate from Real Money Balances.
• Each promotion has a specified wagering requirement. Bonus Funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any resulting balance qualifies for withdrawal.
• Bonus Funds may be subject to game restrictions. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — live casino games and sports bets may contribute at different rates than slots.
• Only one promotional offer may be active per Account at any given time, unless otherwise expressly stated.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• wen4d reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using promotional funds in a low-risk manner solely to fulfil wagering requirements, or coluding with other Users, will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus balances and may lead to Account suspension.

Birthday bonuses are awarded based on the registered birth date on your Account. The tier-based birthday bonus (Bronze: MYR 188 / Silver: MYR 388 / Gold: MYR 888 / VIP: MYR 2,688) is illustrative and subject to the prevailing birthday bonus terms at the time of award. KYC verification is required to claim a birthday bonus.

All bets placed on the wen4d Platform are subject to the following general betting rules, as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules displayed within the relevant section of the Platform:

• A bet is accepted only once confirmed in writing on-screen by the Platform. Verbal or implied acceptance does not constitute a valid wager.
• Odds and lines are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager.
• In the event of any obvious pricing or technical error resulting in clearly mispriced odds, wen4d reserves the right to void any affected wagers, regardless of whether the market has settled.
• Where an event is cancelled, postponed beyond the applicable continuation period, or abandoned prior to the determined result, wagers will be settled according to the applicable sport-specific rules.
• For live in-play betting markets (including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, and UFC events), wen4d may suspend a market at any time and reserves the right to decline any wager during periods of rapid score or status change.
• Maximum and minimum stake limits apply per market and per event, and are displayed within the betting interface. wen4d reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to any Account.
• Any winings derived from wagers placed using Bonus Funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wen4d Platform. Engaging in any of the below activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension and may result in permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Underage gambling: Accessing or using the Platform while under 21 years of age.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one Account, or operating an Account on behalf of another person.
• Fraud and money laundering: Using the Platform to launder funds, process fraudulent transactions, or deposit funds derived from illegal activity.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through duplicate accounts, artificial wagering patterns, or coordinated play with other Users to extract bonus value.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment reversals on deposits made towen4d.
• Automated betting: Usingots, scripts, or automated systems to place wagers or interact with the Platform.
• System exploitation: Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain a financial advantage.
• Third-party payments: Depositing funds using payment methods not registered in your own name.

wen4d is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care towards all Players seriously. The following tools and policies are available to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: Players may configure session time reminders to receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of placing genuine wagers and utilising the gaming services offered. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without express written authorisation from wen4d.

Any unauthorised use of wen4d intellectual property may result in immediate Account termination and may expose the infringing party to civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wen4d, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

wen4d does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. wen4d accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to third-party payment services including but not limited to DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, or banking institutions such as Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank.

Gambling involves financial risk. wen4d is not responsible for losses incurred through normal betting activity. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risk associated with gambling and confirm that you are using funds you can afford to lose.

In jurisdictions where limitation of liability clauses are restricted or prohibited, wen4d's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by the applicable law of that jurisdiction.

wen4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon publication on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Where changes are material, wen4d will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Users via email or an on-screen notification at login. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable international standards for online gaming and entertainment platform operations. wen4d operates as an online entertainment platform and does not represent itself as being licensed under any specific Malaysian domestic gambling statute.

In the event of a dispute between you and wen4d arising from or relating to your Account, any wager, or these Terms, you agree to first contact wen4d's support team to seek resolution in good faith. wen4d will endeavour to respond to and resolve all disputes within a reasonable timeframe.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration.wen4d's determination on matters of bet settlement and account status shall be final and binding in the absence of manifest error.
